Due to the nature of our custom and limited-edition products, all sales are final, except for the situations listed below:

⚠️ We accept refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

  • Product with manufacturing defects

  • Order delivered with the wrong item

  • Product damaged during shipping

  • Size exchange, provided that:

    • The item is unworn and has tags attached

    • The customer covers all shipping costs

    • The request is made within 3 business days of delivery

❌ Not eligible for refund:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong model selected

  • Misuse or natural wear and tear
